Thomas Nguyen
Dr Thomas Nguyen is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at CSIRO, Waite Campus, Adelaide, with expertise in environmental metabolomics and in vitro toxicology. He obtained his PhD in Environmental Science from Auckland University of Technology in 2020. His research focuses on uncovering the molecular mechanisms of emerging contaminants such as PFAS and microplastics, using advanced omics approaches and fish cell line models. Dr Nguyen’s work bridges traditional toxicity testing and new approach methodologies to support environmental risk assessment and regulatory frameworks.
