Andrew Isaac
Andrew Isaac is an Academic Specialist in Bioinformatics at Metabolomics Australia, supporting the development and administration of bioinformatics tools, workflows and data capability. With a background in Life Sciences Computing and PhD in Machine Learning, Andrew has extensive experience in Bioinformatics, High Performance Computing, and Research Laboratory Systems. Andrew has held senior leadership roles in Research Computing at CSL Limited, The Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research and The University of Melbourne, leading major Bioinformatic transformation projects and has authored and contributed to multiple publications, especially on Mass-Spectrometry analytical tools.
